Forest Schools Training Course DiaryIf you are interested in delivering some kind of Forest Schools sessions or becoming an assistant on a Forest Schools site then there are a range of training courses available to suit your experiences and needs. The OCN Forest School Practitioners Awards start from entry level and continue up to the OCN Level 4.

Forest Schools sessions need to be run by a Level 3 trained Forest Schools practitioner. If you are interested in becoming an assistant and gaining new skills then a level 2 will be suitable. The level 1 course is a great way to introduce people to Forest Schools and the ethos behind it as well as learning some practical skills in the outdoors. Please have a look at which training is right for you.

Undertaking the Forest Schools Practitioner or Assistant Practitioner award will enable you to motivate and inspire groups and individuals to enjoy the outdoors in a safe and nurturing environment whilst providing a unique learning experience.
